Recently, I have been trying out this concealer
by MAC cosmetics. This concealer is the MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in shade
NC15.
The Pro Longwear Concealer is a lightweight
fluid concealer and it is a medium to full coverage and the overall finish of
this product is matte.
MAC Cosmetics say "it lasts up to 15
hours." Having used this product for a couple of weeks and in all
different weathers (yay for UK weather) I completely agree that this
product is long lasting and does the job perfectly.
This particular product retails at £17.50 for
a 9 ml bottle, this is slightly pricey for the size of the
product but you do only need the smallest amount for your face (1 pump.)
The concealer itself comes in 16 different
shades, 8 warm toned shades and 8 cool toned. This is a pro point to this
product as I personally find that in cheaper concealers there is not a great
range of shades to choose from, but in this product there is a whole range and
you are bound to find the right one for you!
This concealer has a creamy liquid texture and
is of a matte finish, this is unusual for concealers are most
products out there are more of a creamy texture.
The pro longwear concealer is highly
mostiurising, however, you do have to work quickly with the product as it does
have a matte finish so it is likely to set instantly.
Overall, I would 100% recommend the MAC Pro
Longwear Concealer, it is lightweight and has a medium to full coverage. It is
the perfect concealer if you are looking to hide blemishes or get rid of those
dark under eye circles. This concealer does not crease and the amount of
product you get does last a long time. I will definitely be
repurchasing this product over and over again!!
